Food on Magrathea is a vital ingredient of the onboard experience. It’s always expertly
prepared using the very freshest local fare. In fact our chef insists on the food reflecting
the traditional dishes of the region wherever possible. Which makes for an appetizing and
richly eclectic menu to suit all tastes. In the meantime, here’s a quick ‘taster’. Don’t
miss the local fruit with your breakfast cereal.
Try the coronation chicken with mango salsa at lunchtime. The canapés of roasted red
pepper enchiladas with sour cream are a treat. And for dinner, we recommend the Mahi
Mahi fillets with hollandaise sauce or perhaps the roast duck breast with morrello
cherry sauce served on spicy potato cakes and sautéed spinach. Bon appetit.
